LetsChatYour agreement with PixelGlow
These draft terms cover LetsChat, operated by PixelGlow Private Limited. Effective date: [TBC]. They are subject to legal review before becoming the terms users accept. The minimum age is 18+. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use LetsChat. Use the service only where you may lawfully do so.
Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in methods secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate another person, evade account restrictions or use another person’s account without permission.
Conversations, creation and games
LetsChat includes Kai chat and voice, Astro, Echoes, Stories, chatrooms, calls, discovery, games, live watch and replays. Use the privacy and visibility controls provided for each feature. Plus private games are not included in live watch or replay. These are social games, not a promise of cash winnings.
Your content
You retain the rights you have in your content. You must have permission to upload, generate or share it, including other people’s images and voices. You grant PixelGlow the limited rights needed to host, process, display and deliver your content as part of the service you request. The duration and scope of this licence, including backup treatment after deletion, require final legal confirmation.
Using Kai responsibly
Kai is AI and can make mistakes. Check important facts and live search results before relying on them. Astro is for personal reflection, not a guarantee about events. Financial, legal, medical and employment decisions remain yours; Kai’s responses do not replace qualified professional advice. Do not use generated material to deceive, impersonate, harass or violate another person’s rights.
Subscriptions and digital purchases
Plus, Astro, Kai credits and Shop items may be paid features. The offer shown in the app store checkout controls the amount, currency, billing period, taxes and renewal terms you accept. The website’s launch prices are described on the relevant plan pages. INR prices include GST; local taxes may apply at checkout for USD prices. Launch offer end dates and renewal pricing are [TBC]. Do not assume that an introductory discount applies to later renewals.
Credits and cancellation
Bought Kai credits never expire. See the Kai credits page for pack prices and top up options. Weekly plan credits reset Tuesday 8:00 am local. Cancel a subscription through the store that billed it to stop its next renewal. See refunds and cancellation; mandatory consumer rights and store rules are preserved.
Safety and account restrictions
Follow our community guidelines. Kai helps identify possible violations. Content or account access may be restricted where necessary for safety, legal duties or breaches of these terms. Notice, human review and appeal procedures are [TBC]. We may preserve relevant evidence where permitted or required by law.
Availability and responsibility
Features can depend on connectivity, permissions, third-party services and device support. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every AI response will be accurate. Nothing here excludes liability or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further liability limits and dispute provisions must be settled by counsel.
Leaving LetsChat
You can request account deletion through the app and the external route described on Delete account. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account or cancel a store subscription.
