What you will do
- Build accessible screens that work on small phones and in both themes.
- Connect app screens to documented APIs and handle loading, empty and error states.
- Reproduce bugs on Android and iPhone and write tests for the fixes.
- Improve scrolling, memory use and app startup on everyday devices.
- Work with design and backend colleagues to check changes before release.

- Experience shipping a Flutter app for Android or iPhone.

Keep the services behind LetsChat dependable as the app launches. You will work in Laravel and PHP, make API changes safe for existing app versions and help the team understand and resolve production problems.
What you will do
- Build and maintain Laravel APIs with clear validation and permission checks.
- Design database changes that preserve existing data and app behavior.
- Improve queues, caching and background work when measurements show a need.
- Investigate incidents using logs, traces and reproducible tests.
- Review code and help colleagues make safe release decisions.
- Document API contracts, recovery steps and important operational limits.

- Experience owning Laravel and PHP services in production.

- Track installs, account creation and return visits with the product team.

Help creators find a useful place for their work on LetsChat. You will build relationships, support their first rooms and Echoes, and bring their feedback to the product team. The Creator Program is open in India for now.
What you will do
- Find creators whose work and audience fit the app.
- Run outreach, keep clear records and follow up on agreed plans.
- Guide creators through onboarding and the app’s publishing tools.
- Coordinate room sessions and content plans with the marketing team.
- Explain approved program terms without promising earnings or reach.
- Report feedback, participation and issues that need product or support help.
What you bring
- Experience managing creator, community or partner relationships.
- Clear written communication and confidence in direct conversations.
- Ability to organise several partnerships and follow through on details.
- Understanding of creator content, disclosure and brand safety.
