- Messages, audio, images, video, Echoes, Stories, room contributions and other content you choose to send or share.
- Game activity, live-watch and replay records, titles and badges, subject to the visibility settings of the feature.
- Birth details and questions you provide to Kai Astro for readings, Kundli and match making.
- Purchase and entitlement records needed to manage Plus, Astro, credits and Shop purchases. Apple and Google handle their payment checkout.

Your permissions and choices
Contacts matching uses your contacts only with your consent. Location supports Nearby when you permit it. Microphone, camera and photo access support features you choose to use. You can change device permissions, though the related feature may then be unavailable. The website stores theme and currency choices in your browser. It has no analytics, advertising trackers or contact submission backend in this build.
How the information is used
LetsChat uses relevant information to run accounts and conversations, deliver the features you request, process purchases and support requests, show discovery features, moderate abuse and maintain security. Device time zone is used for local reminders and Astro delivery. For processing subject to GDPR, the proposed legal bases are contract performance for requested services, consent for optional permissions, legal obligations and legitimate interests in safety and service reliability. The final purpose-to-basis mapping is [TBC].
Kai and service providers
When you use an AI feature, the input needed for that task and relevant context may be processed by third-party providers. The provider list supplied for this draft is Google, Sarvam, fal, Brave and Agora. Their roles include AI, voice, generation, live search and communications. Not every provider receives every conversation. The exact data routing, training restrictions, vendor retention, processing countries and contractual safeguards are [TBC]. Do not send information you do not have permission to share.
Sharing and moderation
Content is shared with the people or audiences involved in the feature you use. Kai helps moderate content and flag possible violations. Relevant data may also be shared with service providers, in response to valid legal requirements, or as necessary to investigate fraud and protect people. Human review and appeal arrangements are [TBC]. This policy does not claim that every private conversation is end-to-end encrypted.
Retention and deletion
Information should be retained only as needed for the service, safety, disputes or legal obligations. The final schedule for content, account records, logs, vendor copies and backups is [TBC]. The app currently describes a 30-day account restoration period after a deletion request. Specific records may need to be retained for legal or safety reasons; categories, reasons and periods are [TBC]. See account and data deletion.
Your rights, including outside India
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful processing. Where applicable, you may complain to a supervisory authority. Requests go to letschat@letschatmessenger.com, with proportionate verification. International transfer safeguards and any required EU representative are [TBC].
Age and safety
LetsChat is for adults aged 18+. You must be at least 18 to create an account or use LetsChat. Age assurance and handling of accounts below that age: [TBC].
