Child safety standards

Our standards

LetsChat prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. A child is anyone under 18. LetsChat accounts are for adults aged 18 or older.

Creating, sharing, requesting or offering child sexual abuse material is not allowed. This includes generated images that depict sexual abuse of a child.

Do not groom, sexually exploit, threaten or blackmail a child. Do not arrange or promote child trafficking or sexual contact with children.

Report a child safety concern

Open the item’s menu in the app and choose Report. You can also open Help and support to report a concern.

Include the account name or content link and a short description. Do not download, forward or attach child sexual abuse material.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.

How we respond

We review child safety reports. We remove child sexual abuse material when we become aware of it and take action against accounts involved.

We comply with applicable child safety laws. We preserve evidence and report suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation to the relevant authorities where the law requires it.
