For complaints under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, email the Grievance Officer with the content link or account details and a description of the concern. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 days. Requests to remove unlawful content covered by the expedited process are resolved within 36 hours. For complaints about intimate or impersonating content, including morphed images, we take reasonable and practicable steps to remove or disable access within 2 hours. These timelines run from receipt of the complaint. Eligible users may appeal to the Grievance Appellate Committee under the applicable rules.

Which languages does Kai speak?
Kai speaks English, Hindi and other Indian languages. Kai Astro supports Hindi and English.
When does my daily Astro reading arrive?
Kai Astro daily predictions arrive at 8 am in your local time zone. Keep your device time zone correct when you travel.
What does Plus include?
Plus includes weekly Kai credits, a Plus badge, more swipes, HD audio, two profile boosts every week and private games that are not in live watch or replay.
Do bought Kai credits expire?
Bought Kai credits never expire. Weekly plan credits reset Tuesday 8:00 am local. See the Kai credits page for pack and top-up prices.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Cancel through the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Store refund rules and applicable consumer rights still apply.
How do I delete my LetsChat account?
In the app, open Settings, then Login & security, then Delete account. Read and confirm the deletion notice. The current app describes a 30-day restoration period. You can also email letschat@letschatmessenger.com to request deletion.
