Who can earn

You must meet all of these requirements.

Your phone number and email are verified.
Your creator verification is approved, including your ID and address.
Your bank account is verified.
You live in a supported country.
You are 18 or older.
Your account is in good standing.

The creator program is open in India for now. Other countries follow soon.

What earns

You can earn from gifts and tips that other members send on your Echoes, in rooms and on your profile.

LetsChat keeps a share of every gift and tip; the current share is shown in the app before you withdraw.

Payouts

The minimum withdrawal and hold period are shown in the app. Payouts are made by bank transfer only, to your verified bank account.

You are responsible for taxes on your earnings. We deduct TDS where the law requires it.

Suspension and holds

We may hold your earnings while we review your account.

Fraud, sending gifts to yourself, bought engagement, chargebacks, policy strikes, a fake identity or being under 18 can lead to a hold or removal from the creator program.

To appeal, contact support in the app through Help and support.

Refunds and chargebacks

If a gift is refunded or a payment is reversed through a chargeback, we remove that amount from your balance. If your balance becomes negative, we recover the amount from later earnings.

Changes to the terms

We will notify you in the app when these terms change. By continuing to use the creator program after the changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
