LetsChatRequest deletion inside the app
Open Settings
Open LetsChat and go to Settings.
Choose Login & security
Find the account controls, then choose Delete account.
Read and confirm the notice
The current app says you are hidden and signed out immediately, with deletion scheduled after 30 days. Signing in during that period restores the account. Follow the confirmation shown in your app.
Request deletion by email
Email letschat@letschatmessenger.com with the subject Delete my LetsChat account. Provide the phone number or email used for that account and state that you want the account and associated data deleted. Do not send passwords, OTPs or identity documents unless a verified support process specifically requires proportionate evidence. Identity verification and response timelines are [TBC].
What is deleted or retained?
The request covers your account and associated personal data. The final deletion scope for profile information, content, conversations, uploaded media, game records, vendor copies and backups is [TBC]. Records required for legal obligations, fraud prevention or safety may be retained for a limited period. The exact categories, justification and durations must be published before launch.
Deletion is different from cancellation
Uninstalling LetsChat does not delete your account. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel in the store as well if you want the next renewal stopped.
