Make room for other people

How Kai helps moderate
Kai helps flag possible violations. A flag can be wrong or miss context. Depending on the issue, the response may include restricting content or account access and preserving evidence where appropriate. The precise human review, notice and appeal process is [TBC]. Do not assume that an automated result is a final legal judgment.
Report a concern or appeal
Use the reporting options available in the app, or contact letschat@letschatmessenger.com. Include enough information to identify the content and explain the concern. Do not repost harmful material to call attention to it. To appeal a restriction, contact the grievance officer at letschat@letschatmessenger.com. Urgent legal and safety reports follow the applicable process and deadlines.
If someone is in immediate danger
Contact local emergency services. LetsChat and Kai are not emergency response services. The minimum age is 18+. Age assurance and handling of accounts below that age: [TBC].
